Refund Policy

Version 2.0 · Last updated 2 August 2026 · Applies to your first payment on a Subscription

The short version

Your first payment on any Subscription carries a 14-day right to a full refund. All AeroQB Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so this refund right is set out in and governed by Paddle's Refund Policy. We do not add our own conditions, waiting periods, or exceptions on top of it.

How to request it

Follow the instructions in Paddle's Refund Policy, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Paddle handles the request directly. If you're unsure how to find it, contact contact@aeroqb.com and we'll point you to the right place.

We do not currently offer local-currency payment options. If that changes, a separate refund policy will apply to those payments specifically, and we'll update this page before it does.

What happens after a refund

Access changes once Paddle approves your refund — not when you request it, since approval is Paddle's decision and can take a short time. Once approved: if you had a bundle Subscription and no other active bundle Subscription remains on your account, your account returns to the free tier; if you had a Single Subject Subscription, access to that subject ends. Your account itself, and any study progress recorded on it, are not deleted.

Partial refunds and payment disputes are reviewed individually by us and do not automatically change your access.

After the 14-day window

Beyond 14 days from your first payment, Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by law, but you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or your Paddle subscription portal — your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence.
